Les Visions Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

The family has sought the finest batches of chardonnay from its Chouilly parcels and blended them together in order to reflect the incredible softness of the wines from this village. It reveals a lightly creamy first sip, rich mid palate and fresh and persistant finish, the signature of an outstanding Côte des Blancs. The aromas intensify in the glass to reveal notes of honeysuckle, citrus and pear underpinned by excellent energy and an aromatic profile always in motion.

Enjoy served as an aperitif or throughout a meal. An excellent choice for summer dishes such as grilled fish and vegetables.

Cellaring recommandation

The utmost care and attention is given to the production of our champagnes in order to ensure their excellent potential for bottle aging. After a few years in the bottle this wine will begin to soften and evolve. We recommend drinking within 4 to 5 years to best appreciate its freshness. However for those who enjoy a more voluptuous style of chardonnay then it can be kept much longer.

"There’s a richness and depth to this wine, with layers of fruit and texture that are well integrated and offer a brioche, light apple, and citrus character. Hints of chalk and almond, too. Long and flavorful, but reserved at the end with notes of chalk and stone. From all 32 vineyard plots they own in Chouilly. Drink or hold."

This is perhaps the best-aligned and most invigorating of the non-vintage selection from this fine blanc de blancs specialist in Chouilly, showing some pear drop and blossom aromas with a little apricot cheesecake and fresh almond richness, punchy with some of the power of the 2020 base vintage yet offering just enough crispiness and grapefruit oil snap. This is full of Chouilly's sunny charm. All in stainless steel with four years on lees.

The NV Blanc de Blancs Chouilly Grand Cru is soft, open-knit and creamy, making it a fine choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Pear, white flowers, pastry and mint all open effortlessly. Dosage is 7.6 grams per liter. Disgorged: November, 2022. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2030
